It includes carbon, alloy & stainless steel castings for diesel engines, trucks, tractors, r-ailway & valves etc. There are equipped with 5 arc furnaces (5MT each), 10 sets indust- rial & medium frequency induction furnaces, 3 mechanized molding lines, core making m- achines, shot-blasting equipment, heat treatment furnaces, sand preparation system, t- he wax-making & conveying system, cluster-making lines, & other means. It is adopted the different molding method (hand, machine or automatic) & casting process (sand or precision) according to the different parts. The annual output is about 30000MT. |
